This Brochure answers commonly ask questions when living on the lake shoreline. It also explains how to naturally protect the lakes by creating a living shoreline, options if native or vegetated buffers are not applicable and who to contact for proper permitting prior to any shoreline stabilization or rehabilitation work is performed.

The Hideout owns and oversees the management of roughly 250 acres of pristine woodland throughout the community, while the rest of the forest ecosystem exists on individual homeowner lots.
