Region 8 includes: Brown, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Harrison, Jackson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Orange, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Washington Counties. This is part of Indiana's statewide Hoosier Habitat Challenge launched March 2026 to become the first ever Certified Community Wildlife Habitat™ led by Earth Charter Indiana in cooperation with the Indiana Wildlife Federation and other partners.
