We are a community group committed to identifying and implementing local climate solutions. Our Climate Action Neighborhood aims to provide practical but meaningful pathways to carbon neutrality within the framework of inclusivity, collaboration, respect and responsibility. Our Neighborhood includes 400 homes, Franklin and Marshall College, The North Museum, WestArt, Buchanan Park and several businesses. We are proud to be recognized as an active wildlife-friendly community by the National Wildlife Federation's Community Wildlife Habitat™ program. Now a continuous swath of neighborhood wildlife habitats surround Buchanan Park and the Franklin & Marshall campus-wide Arboretum offering a connective green corridor for wildlife, allowing the sequestration of carbon emissions and the opportunity to diffuse and filter water runoff showing our commitment to supporting biodiversity for wildlife while protecting our local river connections.
