We are a community of 208 homes built in the late seventies. We also share a 7-acre tract of undeveloped flood zone. Each lot averages 1/2 to 3/4 of an acre, a few are larger. Due to size & age of lots we have many hardwoods and areas for wildlife to make their habitat. We have regularly seen deer, turkey, fox, coyote, opossum, chipmunks, raccoons and have a variety of birdlife. We have several creeks that connect with adjoining communities and their lakes. We are incorporated as a non-profit association and operate with a board of volunteer members. Activities are achieved through the involvement of the residents.
