Summary

Moss Creek is a private waterfront residential community of over 1000 acres surrounded by salt water marshes, lush woods and native vegetation. The community includes three nature sanctuaries , numerous water retention and intertidal ponds, and many common areas that have been preserved and protected from development. The community also includes two 18 hole golf courses that are certified by as Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Golf Courses. Preserving and enhancing the natural environment of the community is strongly supported by the HOA, community homeowners and over 200 members of the Nature Club. Annual surveys of community members reveal that our natural environment is a prime reason for them choosing Moss Creek as a place to call home.
