Summary

Bluewater Bay is an unincorporated residential and golf resort community located between Niceville and Destin in Okaloosa County, Florida, on the north shore of beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay, along Northwest Florida’s “Emerald Coast”. Sandwiched in between the Bay and the massive Eglin Air Force Base Range, which is largely wilderness, Bluewater is teaming with every sort of wildlife imaginable – marine, birds, mammals, reptiles, and on and on. Our community has 70 miles of paved roads, 19 manmade lakes and/or ponds, wildlife sanctuaries, nature trails, private community parks, sports and recreation facilities, greenbelt areas, and 7 miles of biking/hiking trails.
